Designed to elevate all of life’s most special celebrations – from anniversaries to proposals, birthdays to baby moons, and all the “just because” moments in between – Ampersand uses a fete of local and seasonal florals to outfit the guest rooms at the award-winning luxury Hotel.

A Bay Area favourite since 2014, Ampersand is led by partners and co-owners Emerson and Benjamin, who thoughtfully curate a design palette that honours the spatial energy of a location and marry it with the whimsical abundance of local, seasonal and sustainable flowers available in Northern California. In an effort to provide customers with an experience that is as environmentally friendly as it is stunning, Ampersand only utilizes the best of what is seasonally available for all foam-free floral designs in addition to offering a reusable rental program for vessels.
