At sunset, Flamme restaurant welcomes guests to its generous Ftour buffet, where a fusion of Moroccan and international flavours takes center stage. Guests can choose between dining indoors or on the palm-lined terrace, offering a peaceful ambiance for sharing the Ramadan meal. The buffet begins with a selection of Moroccan specialties, aged cheeses, and charcuterie, alongside an array of fresh salads and appetizers. For seafood lovers, there is an oyster bar and a diverse range of seafood options, while sushi enthusiasts will appreciate the variety of freshly prepared Japanese dishes.
Hot stations feature traditional Moroccan soups and iconic dishes such as tajines and pastillas, complemented by shawarma and a Moroccan barbecue station offering meats and fish grilled to order. For dessert, guests can indulge in a range of Moroccan sweets, dates, dried fruits, and pastries, as well as refreshing ice creams and sorbets. A live station prepares jawhara, a delicate dessert combining pastilla leaves, cream, and honey. Fresh juices and unlimited mint tea accompany the meal, along with a selection of coffee and herbal infusions to complete the experience. Andalusian music provides a subtle backdrop, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere.
The Ftour buffet is priced at MAD 750 per person, including soft drinks, with additional charges for mocktails. Service is available until 9:30 pm, and reservations are required.
After the Ftour, guests can unwind at Laila Lounge, where a cozy atmosphere invites relaxation with mint teas, coffees, and Moroccan pastries.
