Starting January 17, 2020, Chef Dato’ Fazley’s signature creations are set to enhance weddings and other celebrations at Four Seasons. Chef Dato’ Fazley has created a selection of exclusive Malaysian-fusion set menus. For a highlight that’s sure to be talked about for weeks and months to come, enquire about the popular celebrity chef to make a special appearance and interact with guests.

Chef Dato’ Fazley will also be curating bespoke Malay menus at Four Seasons, including his own carefully crafted recipes. Guests can sample these delectable dishes at Curate and The Lounge at Four Seasons, and as part of in-room dining, not to mention the fabulous events lined up for the new year including Raya Celebrations (April 23 – May 23), Malaysia Day (September 15-16) and exciting collaborations with guest chefs (stay tuned for details).

Known for his exceptional talent in the kitchen since his student days at Le Cordon Bleu (Paris), Chef Dato’ Fazley began his star-studded career by winning MasterChef Celebrity Malaysia in 2012. This was followed by a number of other milestones, including the Most Distinguished Le Cordon Bleu Alumni (Paris) and the Golden Chef Award at the Malaysia International Gastronomy Awards.
