EDGE Restaurant & Bar

Join the EDGE team on Tuesday, September 18 for a Don Julio Tequila Pairing Dinner. For USD 65.00* per person, guests can enjoy a reception plus a four course dinner. For starters, the menu includes white grape gazpacho with tequila lime grilled prawn and pickled habanero relish, and wood grilled palisade peach with panela cheese, watercress frisee and vanilla reposado gastrique. The main course is a duo of pork with honey crusted pork tenderloin, toasted walnut grits, squash blossoms and agave jus and ancho-braised pork belly with charred corn and jicama and mole sauce. Dessert features a coconut tres leches with Don Julio 1942 roasted pineapple, dulce du leche and horchata ice cream. For tequila lovers, this dinner is a must. Reservations: 303 389 3343.

On Wednesday, September 26, EDGE will partner with Great Divide Brewery for a three-course dinner with four beer pairings. Guests will enjoy a welcome microbrew, then an appetizer course of roasted duck with pumpkin risotto and apple watercress salad, followed by a main course of ancho smoked beef tenderloin and a dessert of espresso cheesecake. Each course will be paired with a Great Divide microbrew. This dinner is USD 50.00* per person. Reservations: 303 389 3343.

In addition, EDGE is excited to announce a new twice-daily happy hour. Every day, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm and from 11:00 pm to close, EDGE will offer a separate happy hour menu with USD 5.00 house red and white wines, USD 5.00 prosecco, and Coors Light Draft for USD 3.00. A selection of half-price appetizers also is featured.

The Spa

The Spa is now offering both teeth whitening and spray tanning services. A professional tooth whitening session takes only 30 minutes, and is available in the comfort of one of The Spa’s private treatment rooms, for USD 199.00. In addition, to help keep that summer glow, spray tanning is now offered at The Spa for USD 60.00 for a 30-minute custom spray tan application. For guests who would like a Bamboo Body Scrub Treatment beforehand to properly exfoliate and help maximize the longevity of the spray tan, this treatment is offered in combination with a spray tan for USD 120.00.
