The gastronomical experience begins with an appetiser duo of asparagus with a vanilla and tangerine béarnaise, followed by a first main course featuring line bar crusted parsley accompanied by harvest vegetables. The second course is a beef tenderloin and beef tail seasoned with rosemary and served with a creamy polenta and cream of horseradish, and finally the meal ends with a lipstick shaped dessert exclusively created by Pastry Chef Brian Gartner.
