Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence opens its all-new restaurant, Char Bar

Cairo at The First Residence, Egypt, 2019-May-31 — /Travel PR News/ — Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence tempts its guests and local patrons with a sumptuous gourmet burger experience at its all-new restaurant, Char Bar.

Char Bar’s signature burger Char includes a home-made beef patty, fried eggs, potato chips, mushroom and cheese sauce; Chilly Billy, a freshly homemade patty with chili beef stew, avocados and salsa cruda.  The restaurant also offers a selection of salads, appetisers and hot dogs. Favourites include a beef taco salad; a marinated flank steak with jalapeno, tortilla chips, red beans and cheese; the chili hotdog with chili beef stew, salsa cruda and cheese sauce. For those with a sweet tooth, the cookie pan, an oven-soft chocolate cookie with vanilla ice cream; or the lemon pie, a lemon cream filling, crunchy crust and lemon meringue, await.

“Every burger that we have is crafted with a creative twist, such as the crispy cheese burger that has the cheese stuffed in the beef itself. Not to mention diverse – we have incorporated a veggie burger in the menu so that healthy eaters can enjoy a Four Seasons gourmet burger,” says Executive Chef Erwan Laurenceau.

Guests can also enjoy a glass of beer or a milkshake alongside their burgers in Char Bar while tuning into their favourite game on the TV screens.
