The lounge, located near gate 21, can accommodate up to 440 guests and includes a special Platinum Corner for Finnair Plus Platinum and Platinum Lumo members. Designed by Studio Joanna Laajisto, the lounge features Nordic-inspired decor with wooden textures and furniture from Nordic brands. Accessible to Business Class Classic and Flex ticket holders and Finnair Plus Gold members, lounge access can also be purchased through various booking methods. Scheduled to open on July 9, 2024, near gate 21, the lounge promises unparalleled comfort and convenience for travelers.

Ole Orvér, Chief Commercial Officer at Finnair, expressed excitement about the new lounge, highlighting the added space and comfort. The lounge includes a special Finnair Platinum Corner, exclusively for Finnair Plus Platinum and Platinum Lumo members, based on customer feedback.

The new Finnair Business Lounge is accessible to Business Class Classic and Flex ticket holders, Finnair Plus Gold members, and can also be purchased as a travel extra during ticket booking, via Manage booking, or through the Finnair app.

Meri Järvinen, Head of Airport Customer Experience, noted that the new lounge can accommodate up to 440 guests, 150 more than the current lounge. It features different areas tailored for dining, working, resting, and socializing.

Designed by Studio Joanna Laajisto, the lounge reflects Nordic serenity with wooden textures, soft forms, and warm colors, incorporating furniture from renowned Nordic brands like Artek, Nikari, and Gubi. Guests can also enjoy stunning views of the runway and airport gate area.
