Finavia,Technical fault in the check-in system has been fixed – air traffic is returning to normal

2012-12-27 — /travelprnews.com/ — The technical defect that caused problems in the check-in systems for Finnair, Norwegian and Icelandair has been fixed.

Air traffic will return to normal during this evening.

The technical fault in the Altea check-in system, which occurred this morning, impacted the service desks and until midday only manual check-in was possible for these airlines. This slowed down the service and caused flight delays.

The technical malfunction occurred in the operator maintained network connection. Finavia’s and Finnair’s systems are operating normally.
