Finavia announces the appointment of Erka Koivunen as Chief Information Security Officer

Vantaa, Finland, 2022-Dec-07 — /Travel PR News/ — Erka Koivunen will start working as Chief Information Security Officer at the airport company Finavia on 9 January 2023. He will be responsible for the development and implementation of Finavia’s information security and data protection strategy as well as the cybersecurity system.

Erka Koivunen has extensive and diverse experience in information security management and development. He worked for a long time as Chief Information Security Officer at WithSecure and, before that, held senior cybersecurity management positions in the Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority and in the ITC company Elisa.
