Westbank Grill

Sweets are made for sharing this Valentine’s Day at Westbank Grill. Executive Pastry Chef Rhonda Ashton presents a “Dessert Duet” made for two, available February 10 to 14, 2023. Indulge in a Citrus Panna Cotta, with orange confit, vanilla shortbread crumble, raspberry foam, lemon gel and crystalized mint. Chocolate lovers will delight in a Mini Molten Cake, with caramel sauce, coffee ice cream and almond cocoa nib tuile. As an added treat, each guest ordering the menu will receive a “fortune” cookie complete with a romantic quote inside.

Sweets To Order

A specialty Valentine’s Platter will be available February 10 to 14, 2023 to order directly to the comfort of a guest’s room or suite. Included are strawberry lemon macarons, cherry pate de fruit hearts, white chocolate coconut truffles and two heart-shaped “I love you” shortbreads. All items are placed on a dark chocolate bar “platter.” The cost is USD 55.
