Santa Fe, U.S.A. – 2012-11-08 — /travelprnews.com/ — Sweeping views, meandering pathways, and indigenous northern New Mexico landscaping will greet guests later this winter as they arrive at the new Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe, following a USD 400,000 enhancement effort set for completion this December.
The project will relocate 74 parking spaces at the Resort’s entrance to a private, paved lot, discreetly located near the back of the property. Guests will enjoy the ease of a valet-only parking set up, and the paved parking lots at the front of the Resort will be replaced with indigenous plants and landscaping.
“I am thrilled to be part of the renaissance of this dynamic property,” says General Manager Cindy Racco. “This much-anticipated first phase of enhancements will further highlight the beauty and key point of difference of the Resort’s setting in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.”
Phase two of the project is slated for spring 2013. Future plans includes the addition of a ceremonial garden for outdoor events, including weddings, social gatherings and corporate functions. Native plants with a spring growing season will be incorporated, and new and improved lighting will be added to the walkways. The lobby and Spa courtyards also will receive additional enhancements.
Project enhancements are being undertaken by the Santa Fe-based team of Design Enginuity, LLC. Heads Up Landscaping is working in conjunction with the Design Enginuity team to hand select native plants to complement the existing landscaping of the Resort.
