2012-10-11 — /travelprnews.com/ — easyJet has today celebrated a landmark passenger boarding a flight at Liverpool John Lennon Airport (JLA). Brendan Vinter, who was travelling on the 10.35am flight to Belfast, is the 30 millionth passenger to be welcomed onboard an easyJet flight operating via Liverpool and has won a pair of return flights to an easyJet destination of his choice.
easyJet, the UK’s largest airline, first starting flying from JLA 15 years ago to the day, in October 1997. It currently operates a total of 31 routes including Nice, Berlin, and Paris.
Ali Gayward, easyJet UK Commercial Manager said:
“We are delighted to be celebrating the 30 millionth passenger from Liverpool John Lennon Airport – this milestone is a great reminder of easyJet’s commitment to the airport.
