This new agreement will support easyJet’s growth in Italy and enhance the passenger experience. dnata has been managing easyJet’s European inflight retail programme since 2022, offering a fully integrated solution across multiple service areas. The company continues to lead the industry, supporting 37 airline customers across Italy and uplifting millions of meals annually.
(PRESS RELEASE) MILAN/ ROME, 2025-May-29 — /Travel PR News/ — dnata, a global leader in air and travel services, is proud to announce the expansion of its inflight retail partnership with easyJet, now including Milan Linate (LIN) and Rome Fiumicino (FCO) airports in Italy. This new agreement strengthens dnata’s existing relationship with the airline and enhances the inflight experience for easyJet passengers by supporting expanded operations at its two key Italian bases.
As part of the agreement, dnata’s dedicated teams will manage the last-mile logistics, packing, and uplift of easyJet’s onboard retail products, including food and beverage items. Additionally, dnata will handle approximately 40,000 crew meals annually. This expanded service offering is designed to streamline operations and improve the quality of service for easyJet passengers flying from Italy.
Since 2022, dnata has managed easyJet’s inflight retail programme across Europe, providing a comprehensive solution that encompasses retail strategy, product development and sourcing, logistics, marketing, crew support, and financial management.
