A seasoned hospitality professional with an impressive international background, Stembert brings extensive expertise and a commitment to excellence and innovation to his new role.
Originally from San Sebastián, Spain, Stembert embarked on his career in hospitality after obtaining a Diploma in International Hotel Management from Les Roches Global Hospitality Education in Marbella. He refined his skills at prestigious properties in Spain, including The Westin La Quinta Golf Resort in Marbella, The Westin Palace in Madrid, and the renowned Hotel Alfonso XIII, A Luxury Collection Hotel in Seville.
His passion for island life led him to Mauritius, where he served as Director of Rooms and later as Director of Operations at The Grand Mauritian, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa. In 2010, Stembert joined the Four Seasons family as Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Resort Nevis, marking the beginning of his successful career with the brand. Over the next several years, he took on various leadership roles, including Executive Assistant Manager and Resort Manager, before moving into General Manager positions at Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora and Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires. He also served as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City prior to these appointments.

Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Stembert is a devoted family man. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Loubna—whom he met on his first day of hotel school—and their two children, Sofia and Nicolas. The family shares a love for tennis, beach days, and exploring new destinations.
