JACKSONVILLE, Fla., 2023-Sep-16 — /Travel PR News/ — EverBank Stadium foodservice partner Delaware North introduced an array of new menu items and other enhancements for the upcoming season. From creative renditions of beloved classics to bold innovations inspired by local tastes, more than 15 new items have been added to the lineup to enhance the stadium dining experience.
Marcus Snead, general manager for Delaware North at EverBank Stadium, expressed: “Our culinary team truly gave it their all this offseason to bring a delicious array of options to every corner of the stadium. We’ve skillfully combined classic stadium favorites with creative ingredients and one-of-a-kind pairings that celebrate the rich tapestry of flavors in Jacksonville’s food scene.”
New to EverBank Stadium is a store powered by Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology and Amazon One. The new store, DUUUVAL Express, is within the Daily’s Place area of the south end zone at the Jacksonville Jaguars’ EverBank Stadium and is designed to eliminate checkout lines.
And highly regarded brands such as chef David Chang’s Fuku and Flagship Food Group’s 505 Southwestern, both of which were announced earlier this summer, have been incorporated into menu items throughout general concession locations and premium areas. Flagship Food Group also will have a flagship location – Yucatan Cantina – at Section 125 that features a variety of authentic Mexican cuisine.

Chicken Tinga Tacos: Two flour tortillas filled with spicy shredded chicken, a blend of onion and cilantro, Cotija cheese and a drizzle of 505 Southwestern Hatch Valley Roasted Green Chile. Featured at Sections 125, 409, 436 and South End Zone Plaza.
Birria Beef Taco: Two flour tortillas filled with shredded barbacoa beef, a mix of onion and cilantro, Cojita cheese, flavorful Birria broth, and a drizzle of 505 Southwestern Hatch Valley Roasted Green Chile. Featured at Sections 125, 409, 436 and South End Zone Plaza.
Breakfast Burger: A 1/3-pound burger placed atop a fried hash brown patty, paired with two slices of American cheese, a sunny-side-up egg, house-made bacon jam and burger sauce, all on a butter-toasted brioche bun. Featured at Sections 105, 132 and The Gallagher Clubs (Tailgate/Lower Club).
Ribeye Sandwich: A 6-ounce ribeye steak cooked to medium perfection, served with fresh arugula, house-made sun-dried tomato confit and a horseradish drizzle, nestled on a ciabatta bun. Featured at The Gallagher Clubs (Butchers Block/Lower Club).
Smoked Bologna Sandwich: A 2-hour smoked bologna slice, layered with two pieces of American cheese and a drizzle of burger sauce, hugged by a Kings Hawaiian bun. Featured at Sections 405, 431 and South End Zone Plaza.
