(PRESS RELEASE) Minneapolis, Minnesota, 2024-Nov-7 — /Travel PR News/ — CWT has enhanced its Analytics business intelligence solution by integrating AI-powered capabilities from ThoughtSpot, allowing users to easily search, visualize, and analyze travel data using natural language queries. This update lets users pose questions in everyday language, such as “What were the average CO2 emissions for international flights from Germany last year?” and receive immediate, clear insights. Data can be customized into tables, charts, or graphs, and users can interact with Liveboards—live dashboards that offer real-time updates on travel program metrics.
The AI-enabled Analytics tool can now quickly detect changes in data, like a drop in online booking rates or a spike in emissions, and provide summaries with possible causes and impacts on key performance indicators (KPIs). Users can also give instant feedback to the AI, which helps the model learn and refine its responses for more tailored insights over time.
