Erlanger, Ky., 2019-Apr-09 — /Travel PR News/ — The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) in partnership with the Kentucky Career Center is opening the CVG Career Center located in the Terminal on the baggage claim level (see map), where those interested in a career at the airport can receive information and apply for positions.
CVG Career Center staff will be onsite Monday – Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. to share what career pathways exist throughout the airport in areas such as customer service in food and beverage or retail, aircraft maintenance, logistics and airline support services to name a few.
The CVG Career Center is a product of the CVG Strategic Workforce Collaborative, an initiative bringing airport employers together to share job opportunities and best practices to ensure a strong workforce. Currently, various businesses on CVG’s campus collectively employ 14,000 individuals and that number is expected to increase as the airport continues to grow its passenger and cargo operations, particularly with record-breaking local passenger volumes, and DHL and Amazon growing its logistics networks.
Individuals interested in a career at the airport can call 859-767-6952 or view current job listings here.
