COVID-19: Japan Airlines announces additional service reductions on its domestic network

Tokyo, Japan, 2020-May-22 — /Travel PR News/ — Due to the impact of COVID-19, Japan Airlines today (May 20, 2020) announced additional service reductions on the carrier`s domestic network through June 14, 2020. For customers holding a ticketed reservation, an optional flight will be offered.

Based on the demand for cargo services, JAL will continue to operate freighter flights by utilizing passenger aircraft on select routes within Japan. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but would like to ask for our customer`s understanding during this unprecedented time.

Applicable Dates: May 23 – 31, 2020
Total Number of Additional Flights: 11
