Convenient COVID-19 testing service now available at Bristol Airport

London, UK, 2021-Jul-24 — /Travel PR News/ — Katalyst Laboratories has partnered with Nuffield Health and Bristol Airport to offer a convenient COVID-19 testing service located at the airport. All tests are analysed at the on-site laboratory run by Nuffield Health with tests provided by Katalyst Laboratories, a government authorised distributor of SARS-CoV-2 rapid testing products.

The service will be launched onsite at Bristol Airport on Monday 19th July and will be open to travellers who are required to take a test before or after their flight to meet quarantine requirements, as well as to the local community who are looking for a convenient testing facility for non-travel related purposes as restrictions ease across the UK and the public begin to return to work and social situations.

Tests on offer are Gold Standard PCR tests with results available in 4 hours, which provides passengers the ability to book a last minute holiday or flight. There is also a Gold Standard PCR tests with results available in 48 hours and Lateral Flow Antigen tests with results in 20 minutes.

The testing centre is conveniently located in the terminal just before security on the first floor and is signposted as ‘Nuffield Health Covid-19 Testing’. This is a separate facility to the NHS Covid-19 testing centre, located in Silver Zone Car Park.

All tests required for international travel are available, and customers can book with ease via the Nuffield Health online booking portal. Nuffield Health staff will be on hand to guide customers through the testing journey, and screenings are carried out by trained professionals in full PPE.
