Concur announced TripLink integration with Starwood is now live and available to joint customers

TripLink Integration Delivers Convenience to Business Travelers

Los Angeles, Calif., 2014-7-30 — /Travel PR News/ — Concur, the world’s leading provider of spend management solutions and services, today announced TripLink integration with Starwood is now live and available to joint customers. One of the world’s leading hotel and leisure companies, Starwood, is just the latest brand to join Concur’s growing platform to streamline expenses and improve business travel. Concur’s TripLink Platform delivers convenience to business travelers and a new level of spend management visibility and duty of care to companies.

“Concur is excited to be partnering with Starwood and expanding the platform to create more visibility for corporate managers,” said Tim MacDonald, executive vice president at Concur. “The ability to realize corporate discounts, monitor policy compliance, fulfill duty of care responsibilities, and report on bookings made directly with Starwood fundamentally increases the value of today’s corporate travel management program.”

This new partnership represents continued momentum for the expanding list of suppliers joining the Concur platform to connect the dots and get closer to The Perfect Trip. The integration enables Concur users to seamlessly record reservation expenses in Concur through the use of the Starwood App while still having the ability to book with travel points and SPG cards. Other benefits include the ability to book directly with any Starwood brand, receive their company’s corporate rate and have their expense reports automatically pre-populated in Concur.

“We are thrilled to announce that our partnership with Concur TripLink is live, offering a seamless travel management solution for our customers,” said Alice Harrington-Caravello, Vice President, Global Corporate Sales at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. “Connecting SPG and Concur accounts gives our customers increased booking flexibility through our branded sites and SPG.com, assurance that they are receiving the best rates, and provides an improved overall travel experience.”

The Starwood TripLink integration will be demonstrated at GBTA on Monday, July 28th, giving customers ability to see the full potential of this new partnership.
