The hotel won “Best Service: Gold Award” in the hotel category and “Best of the Best Award” at Taiwan’s “Oscars” for the service industry. The hotel’s Duty Manager, Tien Lee, was recognised as “Service Elite” for her commitment to providing outstanding service.
The Commercial Times accolades follow the award of a five-star rating to the hotel from Forbes Travel Guide, earlier in 2017.
