Macau, China, 2021-Feb-03 — /Travel PR News/ — Refined Chinese Restaurant Zi Yat Heen at Four Seasons Hotel Macao was awarded a Michelin Star for the twelfth consecutive year at the unveiling of the 2021 Hong Kong and Macau Michelin Guide. The signature restaurant offers traditional Cantonese cuisine with an emphasis on using the finest and freshest ingredients, featuring favourites such as fresh seafood and creative dim sum dishes.

“Delight in a Starred Feast” at Zi Yat Heen
To celebrate this special occasion, guests are invited to savour a sumptuous starred set menu at Zi Yat Heen. Beginning with the alluring dim sum combination, followed by Zi Yat Heen deluxe appetisers; double-boiled fish maw, matsutake mushroom, conpoy, cabbage; crispy crab claw with shrimp mousse; and bamboo piths stuffed with seasonal vegetable in fish broth. Finally to complete the menu are braised Inaniwa noodles with braised lobster fillet with bean curd and minced pork in chili sauce and double-boiled peach resin, red dates, lotus seeds and dried longan for dessert. Three premium wines have been selected for wine pairing.
