CHICAGO, 2015-11-26 — /Travel PR News/ — Just in time for the busy holiday travel season, the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) has opened a third “Mother’s Room” at O’Hare International Airport in Terminal 1.
O’Hare’s newest Mother’s Room is located past security in Terminal 1, B Concourse across from Gate B10. This amenity offers a clean and comfortable room for traveling mothers to nurse, use a breast pump or care for young children. O’Hare also offers Mother’s Rooms in Terminal 3 Rotunda area and Terminal 5 near Gate M14.
Each Mother’s Room at O’Hare features comfortable seating, a sink, electrical outlets, a diaper changing surface, soft lighting and is ADA compliant. The rooms are open 24/7 and have been designed to be secure, spacious and sanitary.
Midway International Airport also has a Mother’s Room in Concourse C that opened in September 2014.
