Embracing the flavours of the Mediterranean, guests will experience a four-course prix fixe menu inspired by French Riviera, the picturesque home of Chef Colagreco’s three Michelin-starred Mirazur. Infused with Chef Mauro’s diverse cultural influences and global perspective, each dish will be an ode to seasonal ingredients, expertly crafted through live fire cooking techniques in the welcoming ambiance of Florie’s open kitchen. Priced at USD 195 per person, with an optional wine pairing available for an additional USD 90 per person.

Friday, January 12, 2024: A Truffle Symphony by Culinary Maestro Mauro Colagreco

Celebrating the essence of truffles, guests will embark on a culinary journey through the ingredient’s delicate simplicity and exquisite flavours. From a checkerboard of black truffles and scallops to Jerusalem artichoke foam with white chocolate, poached pears and black truffle, each course promises to surprise and delight. Priced at USD 250 per person. Guests may elevate their experience further with optional wine pairings, available at USD 120 per person.
