Celebrate with Fiesta-Inspired Specials This September at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe

Dining and Spa offers tie into annual culinary celebration.

Terra will offer a four-course tasting menu to accompany wines from Tablas Creek Vineyard from Wednesday, September 26, to Saturday, September 29, 2012. Menu highlights include frisée arugula salad to start, paired with Esprit de Beaucastel Blanc; and green chile cioppino, served with Patelin de Tablas Blanc. The main course is wagyu hanger steak, accompanied by Cotés de Tablas, and pistachio cake with chile chocolate gelato, served with Patelin de Tablas. The cost is USD 65.00 per person, or USD 95.00 with wine pairings. The regular Terra menu also will be available.

Guests can also head to the Spa for seasonal specials throughout the month of September. The Antioxidant Red Wine Facial incorporates hydrating emergin-C products, along with a restorative mask harnessing the power of red wine, green tea and dark cocoa powder. The Sparkling Sugar Scrub includes an effervescent citrus scrub, promoting circulation and offering gentle exfoliation. The treatment concludes with an application of hydrating coconut butter to restore moisture to the skin. Both 60-minute treatments are offered for the price of USD 150.00 each.

To extend the celebration, Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado is offering the Stay Longer package, offering a complimentary fourth night with any three consecutive paid nights.
