Celebrate This Year's Mid-Autumn Festival and Gift Mooncakes from Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong
Hong Kong, China – 2012-08-31 — /travelprnews.com/ — Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong will once again offer the famed Lung King Heen mooncakes for this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival. Chef Chan Yan Tak and his team at Lung King Heen will be creating limited-edition mooncakes presented in beautifully designed boxes by local Hong Kong designer Alan Chan, for the ideal gift this Moon Festival.
From Saturday September 1, 2012, white lotus paste with double salted egg yolk mooncakes made with a light puff pastry will be available in boxes of four pieces, priced at HKD 343.00. Mooncakes of cream custard with toasted pine nuts, or green tea, kumquat paste with pumpkin seeds and white lotus seed paste with preserved egg and pickled ginger will be available in boxes of six pieces each and priced at HKD 275.00 per box. Mooncakes are freshly prepared in the kitchens of Lung King Heen and as such, only a limited number of boxes are for sale.
The Lung King Heen Mooncake Hamper will also be available, filled with a selection of bespoke delicacies from Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, including Chef Tak’s mooncakes, Lung King Heen XO sauce, Chinese tea, macaroons and more, priced at HKD 3088.00.
