Brunch continues to be a favourite family tradition complete with an appearance by the Easter Bunny. Award-winning Executive Chef Maurizio Ferrarese and his team are preparing an amazing bounteous buffet for all to enjoy in the third floor ballroom and dining rooms. There will be a traditional breakfast station with eggs, bacon and toast; pastry, antipasti and carving stations; and a sushi station with chefs making fresh creations throughout the day. To highlight the buffet, there will be Peking duck, pistachio-crusted leg of lamb and slow-cook poached egg with caviar, to name just a few. Local chocolate artisans Araya will have a chocolate display along with plenty of delicious desserts to complete the meal.
Easter brunch buffet is offered from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm, and cost is USD 89.00 per adult plus tax and gratuity, and includes Bloody Marys, Mimosas and Champagne. Children are not forgotten and have an entire buffet just for them, as well as a room with Easter themed arts & crafts activities. The cost for kids ages 6-12 is USD 39.00 per child plus tax and gratuity, and includes ice cream and milkshakes.
