Cathay Pacific to provide more assistance to customers through WhatsApp

Customers can now contact us with their enquiries via a dedicated WhatsApp channel

Hong Kong, China, 2021-Jan-13 — /Travel PR News/ — As part of our commitment to offer a great customer experience, today (January 11, 2021) Cathay Pacific announces the opening of WhatsApp as a channel for our customers to contact us whenever they need to.

Cathay Pacific customers can now reach out to us in Hong Kong over WhatsApp to receive information on a range of enquiries relating to their bookings.

Customers with a Hong Kong phone number beginning with the Hong Kong prefix +852 can chat with our Customer Care team by messaging us on +852 2747 2747. Assistance is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week in English and Chinese.

In addition to receiving information and assistance for general booking and ticketing queries, customers can use the service for enquiries relating to Cathay Pacific’s frequent-flyer programme, Marco Polo Club, as well as its rewards programme, Asia Miles.

The new service is part of Cathay Pacific’s efforts to provide passengers with as much choice as possible when it comes to their customer service needs.
