While guests feast their eyes on the sensational entertainment, an epicurean spread awaits with Celebrity Chef Hans Borén, One Star in Guide Michelin.

Currently Chef de Cuisine at the 28+ restaurant in Göteborg, Sweden, a restaurant famed for being the longest restaurant in Sweden to hold a Michelin Star, Chef Borén brings experience for several famed Michelin Starred restaurants in Europe such as The Place in Göteborg, Sweden and Restaurang Gourmet in Stockholm, Sweden, both of which hold one star in Guide Michelin, as well as Restaurang Bagatelle, a two starred restaurant in Guide Michelin in Oslo, Norway.

Guests at Capella Under the Stars will enjoy pre-dinner cocktails and live action stations followed by a four course set menu with a dessert buffet selection specially crafted by Chef Borén and the culinary team at Capella  Singapore. Menu highlights some of Chef Borén’s unique creations such as the Wagyu with variation of cauliflower and winter truffle sauce and the succulent Lobster 28+.

The Capella under the stars package includes the after party at the Capella Star Lounge, where premium wine and champagne flow freely.
