Toronto — 2012-12-27 — /travelprnews.com/ — One of the busiest travel weeks of the year has begun at Toronto Pearson. The airport is expecting to welcome approximately 105,000 guests on Friday which will be the busiest day of this year’s holiday travel season. More than two million passengers will travel through the airport during the three weeks surrounding Christmas.
There are many things happening at the airport to help guests enjoy their experience at Toronto Pearson. These include:
Passengers are reminded to be aware of restrictions on liquids, gels and aerosols when packing their carry-on luggage. These items must be packed in 100 ml containers and fit into one clear and resealable plastic bag. A single 1L bag is permitted per passenger. Passengers travelling with gifts in their carry on luggage are also reminded to leave gifts unwrapped as packages will be subject to inspection at security check points.
