This initiative introduces a diverse selection of food concepts and specialty menu items across various levels of the arena, aimed at enriching the overall fan experience.

Pete Guelli, chief operating officer for the Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bills, emphasized the importance of enhancing the fan experience: “This offseason, our primary focus has been on elevating the fan experience, and our partnership with Delaware North demonstrates a shared commitment to improving the food and beverage offerings at KeyBank Center. Enhancements on the 300 Level

A key focus this offseason was to enhance the offerings on the 300 level, allowing fans to enjoy popular selections previously exclusive to the 100 level. Four concession stands have been renovated to feature fan favorites, including the Coca-Cola Stand, Broadway Sausage, Southtowns BBQ, and the beloved “Hot Dog of the Game.”

John DonVito, Delaware North’s general manager at KeyBank Center, noted, “We’re thrilled to introduce more diverse and high-quality food and beverage selections this season. By listening to fan feedback, we are ensuring that we cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences.”

Kids’ meals will also be introduced at various locations, each including an entrée, side, dessert, juice, and an exclusive Sabres trading card, all presented in a fun Sabretooth box.

New Concepts and Menu Items

New dining options have been rolled out throughout the arena:

  • Coca-Cola Stand (300 Level, Aisle 7): Following last season’s success, this stand now features a variety of food options and three Icee flavors.
  • Broadway Sausage (300 Level, Aisle 20): A fan-favorite known for its sausages and fried bologna sandwiches is now available on the 300 level.
  • Southtowns BBQ (300 Level, Aisle 15): Expanding from the previous levels, this stand will serve BBQ favorites, including a 2-foot nacho dish.
  • Top Dog (300 Level, Aisle 2): A new hot dog concept offering classic and specialty hot dogs, including the “Hot Dog of the Game,” which showcases flavors inspired by the visiting team.
  • Let’s Dough! (100 Level, Aisle 2; 300 Level, Aisle 23): This fried dough concept features unique offerings like Perry’s Ice Cream Fried Dough Sundae and various milkshakes.
  • Center Ice Cantina (100 Level, Aisle 18; 300 Level, Aisle 11): A build-your-own Mexican-style bowl concept, allowing fans to customize their meals with rice, nachos, or greens and various proteins.
  • Greek Out! (100 Level, Aisle 22): Another build-your-own option featuring Greek-style bowls with assorted bases, proteins, and toppings.
  • Premium Table Service (200 Level): Ticketed tables on the glass will offer a gourmet menu of scratch-made appetizers, sharable entrees, and house-made desserts.

New Menu Highlights

Exciting new items have also been introduced across various stands:

  • Coca-Cola Stand: New menu additions include the Coca-Cola Brined Fried Chicken Sandwich with creamy jalapeno slaw and Cherry Picker Topped Sausage.
  • Red Hot Stands: New offerings feature a chili cheese hot dog, with Nathan’s hot dogs replacing Sahlen’s for the regular option, while footlong hot dogs remain Sahlen’s.
  • La Nova Pizza: A rotating selection of specialty pizzas, including a Steak and Cheese Pizza.
  • Southtowns BBQ: New dishes like the Smoking Howitzer—smoked cheddar jalapeno sausage topped with Alabama pulled pork—and the Roasted Turkey Leg Supreme.
  • Blue Line Fryer: Serving up Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken and Waffle Sandwiches, and 5-piece chicken tenders tossed in barbecue or Buffalo sauce.
  • Classic Burger: New specialty burgers such as the French Onion Burger and The Dominator, featuring four patties loaded with brisket and bacon.
  • Aud Club Carvery: Introducing options like The Rachel, a hand-carved turkey sandwich, and Portobello on Weck.

Expanded Suite Offerings

Delaware North is also enhancing the suite experience, introducing new dishes like Ahi Tuna Poke, Birria Crunch Tacos, and the Southtowns BBQ Platter. Additionally, guests can look forward to a rotating monthly specialty menu and unique beverage packages, including a Champagne Bubbly Bar and house cocktail kits.
