Bombardier redeems all of its 4.250% Senior Notes due 2016

Montréal, 2015-5-1 — /Travel PR News/ — Bombardier today announced that it has redeemed all of its 4.250% Senior Notes due 2016 (CUSIP: C10602AU1 / ISIN: USC10602AU14 (Reg. S) / CUSIP: 097751BB6 / ISIN: US097751BB60 (144A)) (the “Notes”) pursuant to the notice of redemption issued on March 30, 2015 (the “Notice”). Notes that have not yet been surrendered to the paying agent under the indenture governing the Notes should be so surrendered in accordance with the terms of the Notice, as soon as possible to facilitate prompt payment. The previously announced redemption price in respect of the Notes will be paid promptly following the later of the date hereof and the time of surrender of the Notes in accordance with the terms of the Notice.
