Effective 1 November 2012, Blue1 will become a production company for SAS. Consequently, Blue1’s main responsibility will be to operate routes on behalf of SAS. SAS will take over sales and marketing of flights operated by Blue1.
2012-11-02 — /travelprnews.com/ — What will change and what will remain the same?
All flight tickets purchased of Blue1 will remain valid as normal. Changes, cancellations and online check in will be handled at sas.fi.
Blue1 flight numbers will be replaced with SAS flight numbers. For example, “KF 123” will become “SK 456”. Passengers can check in as normal using the original booking number, but the boarding card will show the new SK flight number.
For more information, please contact your travel agency or SAS Customer Care Center or the SAS service desk at the airport.
SAS recommends all passengers booked on flights operated by Blue1 to arrive on time at the airport.
Blue1’s online services will be transferred to SAS new Finnish website at www.sas.fi.
