Bangkok Airways extends amendment of tickets scheduled within 30 September 2021 travel
Bangkok, Thailand, 2021-Aug-18 — /Travel PR News/ — Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited realizes the inconvenience that its passengers are being affected by the spread of the current outbreak of COVID-19 and is pleased to extend the amendment of tickets issued in Thailand and scheduled to travel within 30 September 2021.
Passengers who wish to amend their travel plans may have fees waived for rebooking or may alternatively request for refund where this will be proceeded as a travel voucher for future purchase with the airline. Passengers can make any necessary changes up to 24 hours prior to their flight departure time. More information at www.bangkokair.com/travel-voucher.
Amendment without new specified travel date, open ticket, can be requested via https://forms.office.com/r/WjcEEfQX2L within 24 hours prior to the origin departure date and time. Information provided through such form will be used to accommodate passengers only.
Passengers who purchased their tickets directly with Bangkok Airways, may contact the Call Center Tel 1771 or 02-270-6699 during 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. to proceed any preferred changes.
Tickets booked through travel agencies are advised to contact their agents for further arrangements directly.
