2012-09-26 — /travelprnews.com/ — Four Seasons Hotel Dublin has launched a tribute to Arthur Guinness, the founder of the Guinness brewery business, with an Arthur’s Four Square Menu, available now through Saturday, September 29, 2012 and timed to coincide with the celebrations to mark Ireland’s beloved Arthur’s Day, taking place throughout the city.
This is the first time that Seasons restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Dublin has dedicated a menu to the great man and his accomplishments. The Arthur’s Four Square Menu devised for lunch comprises some of Arthur’s favourites such as the starter of potato and leek soup, and then pays homage to him with smoked bacon ribs and sticky sauce, and surely Arthur would have loved Guinness-braised pot roast of beef, and to follow, warm Guinness fudge and pecan cake and vanilla ripple ice cream, served with a complimentary Guinness shot.
All of the Arthur’s Four Square dishes are served within 15 minutes of ordering and at the same time. Even the price, EUR 17.59 for Arthur’s Four Square, pays homage to the date that Arthur took over the lease at St James’s Gate.
