Amstelveen, Netherlands, 2021-Jul-14 — /Travel PR News/ — The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) annually conducts an extensive survey among airline passengers. This study analyses evaluations of more than a million flights operated by around 600 airlines. Passengers are asked to rate features such as seat comfort, cabin service, food and drinks, entertainment and Wi-Fi.
APEX recently announced its classification for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, confirming that we will retain our five-star status this year, based on customer ratings gathered by APEX. Our partner Delta Air Lines has also retained its five-star APEX status.
We are very pleased and proud to have achieved the highest possible APEX classification once more. This means KLM has maintained its high standard of service to customers, even when faced with the challenges of the pandemic. We are most grateful to our customers for this accolade and will continue to do our utmost to become Europe’s most customer-driven, sustainable and efficient network carrier. This classification is a recognition for all KLM employees in the Netherlands and worldwide who work daily to fulfill the promise of KLM to its customers.
