Featuring Pokémon Kids TV programming and plush toys, the lounge enhances ANA’s efforts to provide family-friendly travel experiences. Passengers can also enjoy Pokémon-themed in-flight content, merchandise, and special edition safety videos across ANA’s domestic and international flights. This initiative reflects ANA’s commitment to innovative, passenger-focused services.

(PRESS RELEASE) Tokyo, Japan, 2024-Dec-13 — /Travel PR News/ — All Nippon Airways (ANA), Japan’s largest 5-Star airline for 11 consecutive years, is set to unveil the “ANA Pokémon Kids’ TV Lounge” at Haneda Airport’s domestic terminal on December 19, 2024. Located in the Main Building South ANA Lounge (3rd floor near Gate 62), this newly revamped children’s area will feature vibrant Pokémon-themed decorations inspired by the Pikachu Jet NH and Eevee Jet NH. Young travelers can enjoy Pokémon Kids TV programming and relax with Snorlax plush toys in a child-friendly environment outfitted with cushioned flooring for safety and comfort.

In addition to the lounge experience, ANA passengers can access Pokémon Kids TV content on all domestic and international flights. This initiative aligns with ANA’s participation in The Pokémon Company’s “Pokémon Air Adventures,” which aims to create engaging and joyful travel experiences.

“Our collaboration with Pokémon underscores ANA’s commitment to providing innovative and memorable travel experiences for passengers of all ages,” said Tomoji Ishii, Executive Vice President of Customer Experience Management and Planning at ANA. “The ANA Pokémon Kids’ TV Lounge is a prime example of how we strive to make air travel enjoyable and exciting for children.”

Passengers can further immerse themselves in the Pokémon experience with themed merchandise available on ANA domestic and international flights. Special edition Pokémon in-flight safety and disembarkation videos will also be shown on flights starting December 1, 2024, and will remain available through May 31, 2025 (schedule may vary depending on aircraft maintenance).

The lounge will operate daily from 5:15 AM to 9:00 PM, matching the hours of the ANA domestic lounge. Access requirements for the lounge can be found on ANA’s official website. The current Star Wars ANA Kids Lounge will close on December 17, with renovations taking place on December 18 in preparation for the Pokémon-themed redesign.
