For travel agencies and guests in Europe, the airline operates six call centers. With success: 90 percent of all calls are answered within 20 seconds. “But that’s not enough for us. We want to offer our guests the best possible service and we can now be reached at affordable local rates,” said Paul Gregorowitsch, airberlin’s Chief Commercial Officer. The new phone numbers are:

• topbonus Hotline for frequent flyers: 030-34 34 34 33
• Hotline for the business points corporate program: 030-34 34 34 32
The current phone numbers are valid until 31st May 2013.
