As from April 2013, Air France’s La Première customers will be able to enjoy even more services for additional comfort, pleasure, flavour and relaxation.
NEW, EXCEPTIONAL DISHES FOR A UNIQUE IN-FLIGHT DINING EXPERIENCE
On the menu in the La Première cabin in April and May 2013, top chef Jacques Le Divellec has designed exceptional new hot dishes. Grilled lobster, roasted flattened quail and roasted mullet fillets are just some of the new culinary creations signed by the internationally renowned chef.
The Servair Culinary Studio, chaired by Joël Robuchon, accompanied by Guy Martin and Jacques Divellec, has designed the menus served in the La Première cabin on flights from Paris. Every month, the chefs renew the menu by offering a starter and two exclusive main dishes. The aim is to offer customers a French-style fine dining experience.
Since 1 April 2013, La Première customers have also been able to enjoy a hot dish for the second meal service on long-haul flights lasting between 6 hours 30 minutes and 8 hours 30 minutes.
Finally, at breakfast customers can now enjoy delicious jams from the Vaucluse region, produced by La Roumanière, a company which employs disabled staff.
A CONSTANT QUEST FOR COMFORT AND WELL-BEING
From April to September 2013, Air France will gradually equip all its La Première cabins with new Bose QuietComfort ® 3 headphones, which guarantee an incomparable sound quality and less external noise. Thanks to their ergonomic and lightweight design, these revolutionary headphones offer La Première customers a true First class listening experience for all the in-flight entertainment programs.
Air France’s La Première passengers can also enjoy new comfort kits and an exclusive new range of skincare products from the Biologique Recherche Institute which can also be found in the La Première lounge at Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
