Whistler Blackcomb named among Canada’s Top Employers for Young People in 2016 for the fifth consecutive year

WHISTLER, BC, 2016-Jan-18 — /Travel PR News/ — Whistler Blackcomb has been named one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People in 2016. The annual competition recognizes employers offering the nation’s best workplaces and programs for young people entering the work force. This year marks the fifth consecutive year the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers have recognized Whistler Blackcomb in this competition. Leading organizations are chosen based on the availability of benefits, training, mentorship and co-op or work-study programs and the ability to attract and retain younger employees.

“We consider this a great accomplishment,” says Joel Chevalier, Vice President of Employee Experience at Whistler Blackcomb. “Creating a positive and engaging work atmosphere has always been one of our top priorities as an employer.
