Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills announces an all-new Sunday brunch at its highly rated Jean-Georges Beverly Hills restaurant

Sunday brunch takes on a whole new meaning when created by master chef Jean-Georges and executive chef Steve Benjamin

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., 2019-Mar-15 — /Travel PR News/ — Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills today (March 11, 2019) announces an all-new Sunday brunch, to be offered every week at the hotel’s highly rated Jean-Georges Beverly Hills restaurant, beginning March 24.

This lavish brunch is curated by world-renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and is available on Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Hotel guests and locals alike will find everything their hearts’ desire as the elegant restaurant is transformed into a culinary wonderland, with multiple stations presenting delicious choices, designed to satisfy all.

Kick off the luxuriant brunch with fresh juice mimosas or stop by the Bloody Mary bar and then move into a cornucopia of options. Approach the egg station for a personalized frittata or choose delectable homemade crepes as a sweet beginning.

Next, visit the mouth-watering sushi station, where chefs create nigiri, rolls and sushi with exactly the right combination of ingredients to please the palate. Nearby is the seafood station, a crustacean-lover’s delight, featuring fresh crab, oysters and shrimp with accompanying creative sauces and condiments.

Those in the mood for a trip to the Mediterranean will find cheese and charcuterie in abundance, with pairings of Parma ham, lomo, Parmesan cheese, bleu cheese and much more, while California cuisine lovers are sure to enjoy the burgeoning salad station, where healthy choices include kale, broccoli and endive salads, along with unique escarole and citrus combinations.

Hearty eaters can choose from numerous carving stations, with perfectly prepared brisket, lamb shoulder, roasted ham and chicken available, all paired with sides including mashed potatoes, gravy and more.

Desserts are an international experience, with sweet treats from many cultures, including lemon meringue tarte, assorted macarons, carrot cake, mango pannacotta, green tea brulee and much more, all whipped up by the top-notch pastry chef, Deden Putra, at Jean-Georges Beverly Hills.

“Whether our guests arrive for brunch right after Sunday services or simply bring their families and friends to Jean-Georges Beverly Hills for an unforgettable afternoon of unlimited dining choices, our new Sunday brunch experience is sure to send everyone home with a satisfied smile,” said Vanessa Williams, the hotel’s General Manager. “We truly have curated our brunch offerings with something for everyone’s taste.”

The weekly Sunday brunch at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is $89++ per person.
