Veterans Take Off From CVG

2012-08-21 — /travelprnews.com/ — CVG is proud to continue its support of Honor Flight Tri-State with a ceremony and flight to Washington, DC’s  Reagan International Airport on Aug. 21.

Honor Flight Tri-State is a non-profit organization whose sole mission is to fly World War II and Korean War veterans to their memorials in Washington, D.C. at no cost. In 2011 Honor Flight Tri-State flew 365 veterans from CVG on five separate charter flights to thank them for their service.

The Aug. 21 flight is scheduled to leave CVG at 8 a.m. from Concourse A.
