(NEWS) LISBON, Portugal, 2026-Sep-02 — /Travel PR News/ — TAP Air Portugal has opened a wide-ranging fare sale for autumn, winter and spring travel, putting more than 90 destinations across Europe, Africa and the Americas into a promotional booking window running until 17 September 2026.
The airline says round-trip fares begin at €49 for travel within Portugal and €59 for other European destinations, giving travellers planning trips beyond the peak summer period a relatively long travel window extending from 1 October 2026 through 31 May 2027. Promotional seats are available only on TAP-operated flights and remain subject to fare and seat availability.
For North Africa, fares to Morocco start at €139, while other African destinations are available from €209. Across the Atlantic, the campaign lists Canada from €409 and the United States from €449. South American options include Venezuela from €669 and Brazil from €709. TAP says the quoted prices apply to return journeys and include taxes.
The timing gives travellers nearly eight months of eligible departure dates, spanning autumn city breaks, winter travel and much of the 2027 spring season. TAP’s live promotional fare page confirms that bookings must be made from 2 to 17 September and that both the outbound and return flights must fall within the eligible travel period.
There are additional stay requirements to consider before booking. TAP’s published conditions specify a minimum stay of either a Saturday night or three days for travel within Europe and North Africa, and a Saturday night or five days for other destinations. The maximum stay under the promotion is one month, and eligible fares are offered in Economy, Economy Prime and Business.
Separate discounts on travel extras
The fare campaign is accompanied by a second offer on selected ancillary services. Customers buying eligible extras between 2 and 17 September can receive discounts of up to 25%, depending on the service, fare, origin and destination.
The largest advertised saving applies to the Boost Pack combining lounge access and Premium Boarding, with discounts of up to 25%. Fast Track is discounted by up to 15%, while lounge access, extra baggage and Premium Boarding are each available with savings of up to 10%. Comfort Seats carry discounts of up to 5%.
The ancillary offer applies to travel between 1 October 2026 and 18 March 2027, but excludes journeys between 11 December 2026 and 4 January 2027. TAP also specifies that these discounted extras must be purchased directly through flyTAP.com and apply exclusively to TAP-operated flights.
For travellers comparing shoulder-season and winter options, the campaign spreads lower starting fares across a network connecting Portugal with major European cities as well as markets in Africa and the Americas.
