Qatar Airways announces multi-year sponsorship agreement with Belgian football club K.A.S. Eupen

  • Airline will be the Main Shirt Sponsor of Belgian First Division Club K.A.S. Eupen starting from the 2019/20 season
  • Qatar Airways operates eight weekly passenger services to Brussels and 19 weekly all-cargo services to Liège

DOHA, Qatar, 2019-Sep-20 — /Travel PR News/ — Qatar Airways is excited to announce that it has signed a multi-year sponsorship agreement with Belgian football club K.A.S. Eupen further growing its global sporting partnerships portfolio.

This agreement will see the airline’s logo proudly placed on the team’s playing jersey from the 2019/20 season. Qatar Airways branding will also be placed around K.A.S. Eupen’s stadium. K.A.S. Eupen competes in the Jupiler Pro League, the Belgian First Division and has established a reputation for developing young talented footballers such as Moussa Wague and Henry Onyekuru.

K.A.S. Eupen has also played a pivotal role in developing many young Qatari players including Akram Afif, Abdelkarim Hassan and several other members of Qatar’s 2019 AFC Asian Cup winning squad.
