Metrolink will operate limited service on Thanksgiving

The $10 Weekend Pass will be valid from 7 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday

LOS ANGELES – 2012-11-20 — /travelprnews.com/ — Metrolink will operate limited service Thanksgiving Day, while riders will be able to utilize the Weekend Pass beginning Wednesday at 7 p.m. through Sunday, Nov. 25.

On Thanksgiving, a Sunday schedule will be offered on the San Bernardino and Antelope Valley Lines.

No service will be available on any other Metrolink lines on Thanksgiving. Regular service system wide will resume Friday.

Metrolink ticket vending machines will begin selling the $10 Weekend Passes at 7 p.m. the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. This is a special offer for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend only.

Passengers can travel Metrolink for four days for only $10. Metrolink’s Weekend Pass allows up to three children, ages 5 years old and under, to ride all lines free with the purchase of any valid adult ticket.
