Lifestyle management and travel concierge service company Ten Group to deploy Dolphin point of sale across its offices worldwide

Lifestyle management and travel concierge service replaces in-house systems with Dolphin point of sale, back-office and web service booking solution

LONDON, 2014-10-10 — /Travel PR News/ — Leading concierge company Ten Group has revealed  plans to roll-out Dolphin to over 80 global Lifestyle Managers and subsequently  across its 16 offices  worldwide and 400+ staff. Dolphin’s web service API will  also be deployed to power Ten’s online booking engine.Ten provides global concierge services to over two million high net worth individuals with its expert Lifestyle Managers organising dining, retail, entertainment, home and travel related service requests for its members year round, 24 hours a day.

Dolphin will provide Ten’s team with comprehensive search, cost and booking services for the group’s exclusive Global Hotel Collection, along with links to hotel inventory providers and Amadeus and other flight sources. Ten’s members will be provided with online access to travel products via a bespoke online booking engine built using Dolphin’s XML API technology.

The end-to-end solution will also incorporate reporting, workflow management and customer documentation services using Dolphin’s back office technology.
