Introducing the Fall “Tasting Panel” Dinner Menu in The Blvd at Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel

Sunday and Monday dinner offers new three or five course menu inspired by farm fresh local market ingredients.

Executive Chef Gilles Arzur will create weekly tasting menus inspired by the farm fresh ingredients available at the local market, and offer an optional wine pairing. Recent creations have included sashimi grade mackerel with chorizo, egg noodles and Sicilian caper tomato salsa; seared black cod with yuzu edamame and miso broth; seared wagyu beef with truffle mashed potatoes; and for dessert, sachertorte with house made ice cream. These Tasting Panel menus are priced at USD 60.00 or USD 90.00 with wine for three courses, and USD 80.00 or USD 125.00 with wine for five courses.

Guests can delight in the fresh flavours of fall, and make The Blvd their new stop for Sunday and Monday night dinner, served from 5:00 to 11:00 pm.

The Blvd is also open for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner, with live music offered Wednesdays through Sundays. Reservations can be made by calling 310 385 3901.
