IHG announces signing of Fiesta Resort Guam

Denham, United Kingdom, 2019-Oct-15 — /Travel PR News/ — IHG has made its foray into Micronesia following the signing of an agreement with owner Tan Holdings to take on management of Fiesta Resort Guam.

The hotel will join the IHG system from today and will rebrand as Crowne Plaza Resort Guam in early 2021, following an extensive, multi-million dollar refurbishment.

The 318-room hotel is located in the centre of Tumon Bay, with direct beach access and a short walk from high-end shopping areas. Following the refurbishment, it will feature a Crowne Plaza Club Lounge, newly renovated F&B facilities, function rooms and a fully renovated ballroom, as well as a gym and swimming pools. As one of the best-loved upscale brands globally, the hotel will deliver an elevated service experience, including the Sleep Advantage™ program and the benefits and rewards available to IHG Rewards Club members.

Crowne Plaza Resort Guam will join the brand in its most exciting era of transformation, as Crowne Plaza rolls-out its global flagship strategy.
