The 777-room, all-suite hotel is the largest property in the Holiday Inn Resort family. The property is currently undergoing a $30 million renovation, expected to be completed by year end.

The 777-room property features one, two and three bedroom suites, all offering either a kitchenette or full kitchen. Guests can enjoy complimentary Internet access, the more than 20,000 square foot waterpark, poolside cabanas and the new Batman™ Laser Challenge, in which children and adults can work alongside Batman to take on The Joker as he threatens Gotham City™. The property also offers a multimillion dollar 4-D Theater where guests can enjoy a thrilling extra-dimensional experience fit for the whole family. New 4-D films include: Angry Birds: The 4-D Experience, Ice Age No Time for Nuts 4-D, and more. The property also offers family-friendly activities including pool-side entertainment and Kids Club with activities hosted throughout the day.
Located one mile from Disney World®, Epcot® Resort Area and Disney Springs and only ten miles from Universal Orlando® Resort, the property offers regular free park shuttles so guests can conveniently enjoy local attractions.
