Hoseasons Extends Call Centre Opening to 10 p.m. to Meet Demands for U.K. Breaks

Lowestoft, 2013-01-22 — /travelprnews.com/ — Hoseasons has extended its call centre opening hours to respond to high demand for UK breaks, following the launch of its £1.8 million marketing push for the first quarter of 2013.

The company will now take calls until 10 p.m. from Sunday to Friday, and until 7 p.m. on Saturday, giving customers and travel agents an extra ten hours a week to make enquiries and bookings over the phone.

The company launched a comprehensive multi-channel campaign at the start of the month, including a new TV commercial, direct marketing, and on- and off-line activity to support the sales of UK holidays in the first three  months of the year.

“We are delighted that the response to our marketing push has been strong demand for UK breaks,” said Pali Badwal, managing director of Hoseasons Holidays.

“Whilst online bookings continue to grow, there will always be those who prefer to talk to a human being, and our call centre has been particularly busy in the first couple of weeks of January.

“To make sure we are able to give the great service we are renowned for, we have extended our call centre opening times by ten hours a week, giving customers and travel agents the opportunity to call later into the evening.”
